Welcome to Barossa Body. I'm Narelle, the heart and hands behind Barossa Body.

My journey into natural skincare started with my family. My youngest son suffered from severe eczema as a child. I became frustrated with the limited and harsh skincare options on the market that were often tar based or filled with toxic chemicals and artificial fragrances. So I decided to take matters into my own hands and find a solution that soothed his skin and made his life better.

After extensive research, I created a natural body butter that relieved his dry, itchy skin. After seeing how it helped his skin and eager to help others with sensitive skin conditions like eczema, dermatitis and rosacea, Barossa Body was born.

 

 

My hydrating and restorative foundation range of body butters, sugar scrubs and lip balms launched in 2021. In 2023 with my continuing passion for premium plant-based, native Australian ingredients, I expanded our offerings to include a face range of carefully formulated products designed to nourish and rejuvenate your face.

At Barossa Body, we are inspired by the healing power of nature. Each product in our ever-growing range is crafted with the utmost care to nourish, rejuvenate and protect your skin. Delicious, natural ingredients lie at the core of what we do, steering clear of harsh chemicals and artificial additives that can exacerbate skin problems rather than soothe and fix them.

Every formula is developed in my Barossa Valley based home studio - a place where creativity and science come together. Here, I blend my passion for natural ingredients with cosmetic science. I'm continually learning to stay at the forefront of skincare innovation so that I can bring you the best nourishing, sustainable skincare products.
