RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Barossa Body takes pride and effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at barossabody@outlook.com.au and we will work together with you to resolve any issue.
Barossa Body does not provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully before purchasing. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for defective stock, damaged in transit or incorrect goods received, please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Please reach out to us at barossabody@outlook.com.au
To return your product, you should mail your product to Barossa Body, PO Box 919, Williamstown SA 5351. Don’t forget to include a copy of your invoice in the package so we know who to contact.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
Goods received shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened and in their original condition.
